We’re looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to join one of our UK clients in a fast-paced team working across IT, Engineering, or Professional Services. This is a dual desk role focused mainly on temp recruitment, where you’ll manage the full 360 recruitment process while building strong client and candidate relationships.
- Managing the full recruitment cycle from vacancy to placement
- Sourcing and interviewing candidates, including passive talent
- Building strong candidate pipelines and referral networks
- Managing client relationships and providing market updates
- Handling offers, negotiations, and onboarding processes
- Driving business development and generating new vacancies
- Working to targets and contributing to revenue growth
- Previous recruitment experience (essential)
- Strong track record of hitting targets
- Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
- Organised, resilient, and able to work under pressure
- Proactive and commercially minded approach
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities
