Property Paralegal

We are looking for an experienced Property Paralegal to join one of our clients, supporting their busy UK Residential Property team.
You’ll work closely with Fee Earners, helping with the day-to-day legal and administrative work involved in residential property transactions. This is a great role for someone who is organised, reliable and confident working independently.
- Supporting Fee Earners with residential property matters.
- Preparing client letters, contract packs and other property documents.
- Opening and maintaining files and completing AML checks.
- Preparing SDLT forms and Land Registry applications.
- Preparing completion statements and assisting with payments.
- Keeping client and matter information accurate and up to date.
- Communicating with clients and providing regular updates.
- Supporting the wider property team where needed.
- Previous property paralegal or conveyancing experience.
- Good understanding of residential property transactions.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Confident communicating with clients.
- Comfortable using different IT systems.
- Reliable, proactive and able to manage your own workload.
- A team player who is always willing to help.
