Die suksesvolle kandidaat sal verantwoordelik wees vir:- Die voorbereiding en opstel van maandelikse en jaarlikse finansiële state.
- Die verwerking en hersiening van rekeningkundige rekords en grootboeke.
- Die opstel en ontleding van bestuursrekeninge.
- Die voorbereiding van werkdokumente vir kliënte se finansiële verslae.
- Rekonsiliasies van banke, debiteure, krediteure en ander balansstaatrekeninge.
- Die hantering van algemene boekhoudkundige en rekeningkundige funksies.
- Ondersteuning met belastingverwante administrasie en indienings waar nodig.
- Skakeling met kliënte rakende finansiële inligting en uitstaande dokumentasie.
- Die versekering van nakoming van toepaslike rekeningkundige standaarde en interne prosesse.
- Ondersteuning aan senior bestuur en vennote met ad hoc finansiële take.
Minimum vereistes
Kandidate moet aan die volgende vereistes voldoen:- ’n BCom-graad in Rekeningkunde of soortgelyke relevante kwalifikasie.
- Minimum 3–5 jaar toepaslike ondervinding in ’n rekeningkundige of oudit-/rekeningkundige praktyk.
- Bewese ervaring in die opstel van finansiële state.
- Goeie kennis van algemene rekeningkundige beginsels en praktyke.
- Ervaring met rekeningkundige sagteware en MS Excel.
- Sterk administratiewe en organisatoriese vaardighede.
- Goeie kommunikasievaardighede in Afrikaans en Engels.
- Vermoë om onafhanklik te werk en sperdatums konsekwent te haal.
