We're Looking for Individuals Who Have:
BCom Accounting, BAcc or equivalent qualificationA strong academic record with Matric Distinctions and/or Dean's List achievements highly advantageous
Completed SAICA or SAIPA Articles (or relevant commercial experience)
A passion for operational finance and business partnering
A proven ability to analyse data, solve problems and drive continuous improvement

As an Operational Accountant, you'll work beyond the numbers. You'll partner with operational teams, influence decision-making and help improve business performance by delivering meaningful financial insights.Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports.
- Analysing operational costs, profitability and business performance.
- Managing month-end and year-end reporting processes.
- Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
- Maintaining financial controls and ensuring statutory compliance.
- Identifying process improvements and driving operational efficiencies.
- Supporting strategic financial decisions through insightful reporting.
