- Opstel, hersiening en bywerking van MH-beleide en -prosedures.
- Ondersteuning met dissiplinêre prosesse, griewe, ondersoeke en verhore.
- Voorbereiding van IR-dokumentasie en koördinering van verhore.
- Monitering van voldoening aan BCEA, LRA, EE, Skills Development en OHS-wetgewing.
- Koördinering van DoEL-inspeksiedokumentasie en voldoeningsertifikate.
- Ondersteuning met OHS-vergaderings, risiko-assesserings en veiligheidsadministrasie.
- Opstel van dienskontrakte, aanbiedinge en aanstellingsdokumentasie.
- Handhawing van akkurate MH- en statutêre rekords.
- Administrasie van TTD-eise, betalings en terugvorderings.
- Ondersteuning met MH-projekte en prosesverbeterings.
Minimum Vereistes
- Diploma in Menslike Hulpbronne, Nywerheidsverhoudinge, Arbeidsverhoudinge of ’n verwante veld.
- Minimum 4 jaar algemene MH-ervaring in ’n voldoeningsgedrewe omgewing.
- Ervaring met dissiplinêre prosesse, griewe en werwing.
- Sterk kennis van Suid-Afrikaanse arbeidswetgewing.
- Goeie vaardighede in Microsoft Office en MH-stelsels.
