Our client has a vacancy for an Accounts Payable Administrator for a permanent role, based in Cape Town, Western Cape.
Applicants are required to strictly meet the following criteria:
- Grade 12 with a pass in pure mathematics and/or accounting
- Relevant tertiary qualification (Higher Certificate or Diploma in Financial Accounting/Finance)
- 2 – 3 years hands on work experience within an accounts payable or creditors environment
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Good Communication Skills
- SAGE ERP300
- Computer literacy, especially working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience with accounts payable modules of accounting software such as SAGE
The s uccessful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Invoice Processing & Verification
- Supplier Payments & Reconciliations
- Accounts Payable Ledger Management
- Compliance & Internal Controls
- Vendor Management
- Reporting & Finance Team Support
- Systems & Process Improvement
- Training & Knowledge Transfer (Initial Phase)
Sal ary: R354 381 – R416955 per annum dependent on experience
