- Loading Bank payments
- Monthly Pastel/Xero processing
- Process Foreign Currency Transactions
- Fixed Asset Register
- Monthly Management Accounts
- Monthly Consolidation of Management Accounts in Syft
- Cash Management and Forecast
- Budget vs Actual
- Annual Budget
- Annual Workmen's Compensation Submission
- Monthly Payroll & PAYE submission
- Bi-Annual EMP501 Recons and submission
- Monthly VAT recon and submission
- Dividend Declarations & DTR01 & DTR02 submission
- Maintaining Audit file
- Degree in Accounting
- Completed SAIPA articles
- Registered with SAIPA
- Advanced Excel skills
- Xero, Syft and Pastel experience
- Strong command of both verbal and written English
- Strong communication and relationship management skills with a positive attitude
