Job Description:
- Manage the full finance function, ensuring accurate financial reporting, robust controls, and statutory compliance
- Oversee the complete revenue cycle, including billing, collections, client engagement, contract management, and revenue reporting
- Prepare monthly management accounts, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections
- Act as a strategic business partner to senior leadership by providing financial insight and commercial guidance
- Take ownership of annual financial statements, audit processes, and tax compliance
- Lead and develop the finance team while driving operational excellence across the finance function
- Provide financial oversight and commercial support across business operations, identifying opportunities to improve efficiencies and profitability
- Support the revenue side of the business while providing financial leadership to a separate business division
Skills & Experience:
- 3-6 years’ experience in a Financial Manager or similar senior finance role
- Strong commercial finance, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management experience
- Hands-on finance professional with the ability to execute as well as manage
- Proven experience managing teams and engaging with senior stakeholders and clients
- Strong understanding of financial controls, compliance, taxation, and audit processes
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Stable career history with demonstrated progression.
- South African citizens only.
- Preference will be given to Employment Equity candidates
- CA(SA), CIMA, or completed Articles highly preferred.
- BCom Accounting, BAcc, or equivalent tertiary qualification in Finance
