Your Key Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of the end-to-end finance function.
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Ensure statutory and tax compliance.
- Manage the month-end and year-end reporting processes.
- Lead and mentor the finance team while fostering a high-performance culture.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and internal controls.
- Collaborate with operational stakeholders to provide commercial financial insights.
- Support the optimisation of financial systems and actively embrace AI-driven tools and technologies to enhance business efficiency.
Minimum Requirements:
- BCom Accounting is essential.
- CA(SA) qualification is highly preferred. CIMA will also be considered.
- Minimum 5 years' post-qualification finance experience .
- 1–3 years' management experience .
- Proven experience managing the full finance function .
- A genuine interest in AI, technology, and continuous learning.
- Experience working on Xero is essential.
