Cost and Management Accountant

Responsibilities include a focus on providing information and analysis to help with decision-making and planning.
Preparing budget forecasts, developing cost-control systems, monitoring expenses, implementing cost-saving measures and interpreting financial data to identify trends or potential problems. Qualifications:

- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- At least 3 – 5 years’ experience in the same field
- Attention to detail – checking accuracy in one’s work, controlling/eliminating errors, showing concern for all areas of a task.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Integrity – can be trusted to perform duties in a proper and honest
- Demonstrate intermediate to advanced skills and knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office products to achieve work goals.
- Team Skills – work effectively with diverse people/help foster a co-operative work environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Thorough knowledge of product costings and general ledger
