Requirements:
- Relevant Degree / Diploma in Procurement.
- 3-5 years experience in a similar position.
- Source and evaluate suppliers based on pricing, quality, reliability, and service levels.
- Obtain and compare quotations from suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with vendors.
- Raise and process purchase orders.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment requirements.
- Track orders and ensure on-time delivery.
- Maintain procurement records and supplier databases.
- Resolve supplier queries and delivery discrepancies.
- Conduct supplier performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with procurement procedures and company policies.
- Assist with budgeting and cost-saving initiatives.
- Prepare procurement reports for management.
