Assistant Mngr Procurement & Marketing

Reporting to the Manager: Procurement Sales (Stock) & Marketing, this role is integral to ensuring operational excellence by optimising fleet utilisation, supporting high-impact marketing initiatives, coordinating cross-functional projects, and delivering accurate reporting, governance, and continuous improvement that contribute to KINTO's performance and strategic growth.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

Coordinate sales stock to ensure optimal vehicle availability through effective allocation, forecasting, utilisation monitoring and inventory reporting to support business demand. Support the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns, events and brand initiatives that drive lead generation, strengthen brand visibility and align with business priorities. Coordinate cross-functional activities, manage project timelines and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution. Support accurate reporting, maintain compliance with company policies and contribute to continuous process improvements that enhance operational efficiency.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

NQF 5 level qualification (240 credits - level 8 framework) A qualification in Business Management, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. Valid driver's license. 4 to 6 years' experience in the fleet, automotive, mobility, or vehicle rental industry. Experience in marketing execution, sales performance support, and business reporting. Strong knowledge of fleet utilization, marketing analytics, and reporting. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent planning, coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
