Our client, a dynamic and results-driven organization with a client-focused and collaborative culture, is seeking a driven Term Warranty Sales Agent to join their team in Bryanston, Gauteng. Duties:
Drive policy sales and term warranty premiums while ensuring compliance and a customer-first approach
Be responsive, courteous, and professional in dealings with lead providers and customers
Execute the sales process with expertise, attention to detail, and integrity
Promote additional products to maximize lead potential
Use interpersonal skills and effective communication to gain acceptance of products
Identify customer needs through effective questioning and attentive listening
Demonstrate how products meet customer needs and share best practices to improve team performance
Address objections appropriately and overcome challenges
Manage time effectively, particularly in remote work situations
Consistently meet and exceed performance targets in a disciplined, deadline-driven environment
Continuously enhance skills through ongoing practice and improvement
Requirements:
3 to 5 years of sales experience within a call centre environment
2 years of experience in Term Warranty or Vap
RE5 certification
Fluency in English and at least one other official language
Proven skills in sales, customer service, communication, needs analysis, negotiation, and time management
Familiarity with the following:
Insurance industry practices
Customer relationship management
