Location: Stellenbosch About A prestigious wine estate is seeking an experienced Fine Dining Chef to join the culinary team and contribute to an exceptional dining experience. Key Responsibilities Prepare and execute high-quality fine dining dishes to exceptional standards. Create and execute refined, artistic plating and presentation. Maintain consistency, quality, and attention to detail across all dishes. Assist with menu development and seasonal specials. Ensure food preparation, cooking, and presentation meet hygiene and food safety standards. Manage kitchen operations efficiently during busy service periods. Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth service. Monitor stock levels, minimise wastage, and maintain effective portion control. Maintain a clean, organised, and professional kitchen environment. Requirements Proven experience as a Fine Dining Chef or similar role. Strong knowledge of modern fine dining techniques and professional plating. Excellent attention to detail and presentation. Passion for quality ingredients and innovative cuisine. Ability to work under pressure in a high-end hospitality environment. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Culinary qualification will be advantageous .
