- Support the delivery of corporate finance and transaction advisory engagements across multiple industries.
- Assist with financial due diligence assignments for corporate and investment clients.
- Analyze financial information and prepare detailed databooks to support transaction decisions.
- Produce clear, concise reports that highlight key commercial findings and financial insights.
- Identify potential transaction risks and contribute practical solutions throughout the deal process.
- Coordinate the day-to-day activities of live transactions while supporting senior team members.
- Prepare information memorandums, business plans, and funding documentation.
- Research businesses, industries, market trends, prospective investors, and acquisition opportunities.
- Develop financial models to evaluate investment opportunities, funding structures, and buyout transactions as your experience grows.
- Liaise with clients and professional advisors to help ensure transactions progress efficiently from start to completion.
- Contribute to business development initiatives, relationship building, and deal origination activities.
- Maintain continuous professional development with a focus on corporate finance and transaction execution.
- ACA or ACCA qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years' audit or accounting experience.
- Previous exposure to Transaction Services or M&A would be advantageous but is not essential.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with an interest in developing financial modeling expertise.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize competing deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
