- Process supplier invoices, reconcile statements, and manage creditor payments
- Capture and reconcile daily transactions, including cashbooks and journals
- Assist with debtor invoicing, allocations, and follow-ups on outstanding balances
- Support stock-related administration, including capturing of stock movements and assisting with reconciliations
- Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems
- Assist with month-end processes, including reconciliations and reporting support
- Liaise with internal teams (production, stores, and management) to ensure accurate cost and stock information
- Provide general administrative and finance support as required
- Matric (essential)
- Tertiary qualification in Accounting or Finance advantageous but not essential
- 2–5 years’ experience in a finance/admin role (manufacturing or stock-driven environment highly beneficial)
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
- Experience working with stock, costing, or inventory systems advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
