About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive business development across African iGaming markets.
The role is focused on building a strong B2B sales pipeline, identifying and acquiring new operator clients, managing complex sales cycles, and developing long-term commercial partnerships.
The ideal candidate understands the African iGaming ecosystem, has experience working with operators, and is comfortable owning the full sales process from initial contact to closing.
Responsibilities
- Develop and grow the B2B sales pipeline across African markets
- Identify and approach new iGaming operators and potential partners
- Build relationships with key decision-makers within target companies
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing
- Prepare and present tailored commercial proposals
- Build and maintain long-term strategic partnerships with clients
- Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and commercial reporting
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and new business opportunities
- Represent the company at relevant iGaming events and industry conferences
- Work toward individual sales targets and KPIs
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or a similar commercial role
- Previous experience within the iGaming industry is required
- Good understanding of the African iGaming market and local operator landscape
- Experience working directly with iGaming operators
- Ability to manage long and complex B2B sales cycles
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience with sales pipeline management and forecasting
- Fluent English at a professional working level
- Independent, proactive, and results-oriented approach
- Willingness to travel for business meetings, conferences, and industry events
Nice to Have
- Existing network within the African iGaming ecosystem
- Previous experience selling platform, aggregation, or other B2B iGaming solutions
- Experience launching or developing products in emerging markets
- Experience working across several African markets
