Based in Johannesburg, South Africa A well-established and growing automotive group is seeking to appoint a Brand Manager / Regional Sales Manager to drive the growth of its truck portfolio across East Africa.
This role is ideally suited to a commercially driven individual with strong OEM, dealer network or fleet sales experience, who is looking to expand into African markets and take ownership of regional growth. Role Overview
Based in Johannesburg, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, building strategic partnerships and expanding market share across key East African markets. The role requires a balance of:
Basic Salary: R50 000 – R70 000 per month

Based in Johannesburg, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, building strategic partnerships and expanding market share across key East African markets. The role requires a balance of:
- Business development and client acquisition
- Dealer and distributor management
- Regional sales strategy execution
- Drive business development and revenue growth across East Africa
- Build and manage relationships with dealers, distributors and key accounts
- Identify and develop new market opportunities within the region
- Support and grow fleet and B2B sales channels
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets
- Work closely with in-country partners to ensure alignment and execution
- Conduct regular travel into East African markets
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer needs
- 3–7 years’ experience in:
- Automotive/Truck sales
- Fleet sales
- Dealer network management OR related industries (trucks, commercial vehicles)
- Proven track record in: Business development and sales targets achieved
- Experience working with: OEMs, Dealerships, Fleet / corporate clients
- Exposure to African markets advantageous
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Willingness and ability to travel regionally
- Commercially driven and results-focused
- Strong in relationship management and client engagement
- Confident operating across different markets and cultures
- Proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently
- Interested in growing a career within Africa-focused operations
Basic Salary: R50 000 – R70 000 per month
