Requirements:
- Qualified 3-Phase Installation Electrician.
- Electrical Engineering Diploma (advantageous).
- 3–5 years' experience in fault finding, system integration, and solar installations.
- Computer literacy (MS Office Suite, SAP, ERP systems, and job-specific software).
- Knowledge of production, engineering, sales, and maintenance processes.
- Valid driver's licence.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to ensure reliable and efficient system operation.
- Diagnose and resolve technical faults within agreed service levels.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions.
- Reduce repeat technical issues through proactive problem solving.
- Provide proactive technical updates and recommendations.
- Plan and coordinate preventative maintenance activities.
- Ensure maintenance plans are executed according to schedule.
- Minimise equipment downtime through effective maintenance planning.
- Support maintenance teams during repairs and servicing.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Maintain maintenance records in line with ISO standards.
- Participate in compliance and HSE audits.
- Monitor and improve compliance audit scores.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Resolve customer queries within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
- Investigate and resolve maintenance-related customer complaints.
- Build and maintain positive client relationships.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the maintenance function.
