- Minimum 3 years' technical or sales industry-related experience within the refrigeration industry.
- Refrigeration product knowledge is advantageous.
- Technical industry knowledge with existing networks in the industry.

Responsibilities:
- Assist walk-in and call-in customers, accurately identifying their product needs.
- Inform customers of the product range and convince customers to purchase products.
- Educate customers on products, services and warranties offered.
- Promote the product range and support branch sales.
- Keep up to date with market trends by analysing the market.
- Prepare and maintain reports.
- Report directly to the Branch Manager.
