Job Description & Requirements: Reservation Responsibilities Handle reservation enquiries via telephone, email, and online channels Process new bookings, amendments, cancellations, and special requests Maintain accurate reservation records and guest information Ensure all reservation details are communicated effectively to operational teams Monitor availability and maximise occupancy opportunities Hospitality & Tourism Requirements Previous reservation experience within hospitality, tourism, hotel, or lodge operations Strong administrative and organisational ability Excellent written and verbal communication skills High level of attention to detail and accuracy Ability to multitask and prioritise workloads effectively Professional guest service approach and customer-focused mindse Experience within a luxury lodge or hospitality environment advantageous Why Consider This Opportunity?
