Groups Reservationist - 4* Hotel Cape Town

A prominent 4* hotel in the V&A Waterfront with over 250 bedrooms is looking to employ a dynamic reservationist with the following attributes. At least 3 years experience in a Reservations position in a 4* or 5* city hotel with over 300 rooms Opera or Infor Individual and Group/Block Reservations experience (Essential) Basic Computer skills (Windows literate) Excellent Administration Skills Excellent Telephonic Communication Skills Able to work under pressure Hotel School Diploma or National Qualification equivalent an advantage Cape Town residents ONLY An UPDATED & detailed CV starting with current position is required, as well as a Recent head & shoulders photo, taken in the last 6 months. e will also require copies of all certificates.
