- Develop, enhance, and review credit risk models for provisioning and capital management purposes.
- Assist with the automation and coding of quantitative risk models using modern analytical tools and programming languages.
- Manage project workstreams and ensure quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of outputs.
- Present technical findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Honours or Master's Degree in a quantitative discipline.
- Professional risk management qualifications will be advantageous.
- Minimum 6 years' experience within a quantitative credit risk environment.
- Experience in credit risk model development, validation, or review.
- Proven experience managing projects and delivering workstreams within deadlines.
- Previous experience coaching, mentoring, or leading junior team members.
- Strong understanding of credit risk modelling methodologies and statistical techniques.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SAS, or R.
- Ability to interpret, review, and develop quantitative models and related code.
