Nursing Operations Manager - General Unit (Mental Health)

Gauteng Department of Health seeks an Operational Manager Nursing (General Unit) to lead a nursing team at Cullinan Care and Rehabilitation Centre.
You will ensure quality nursing practice, drive CPD, mentorship, and inter-professional collaboration within a multi-disciplinary team.
The ideal candidate holds a Nursing Diploma/ Degree with a focus on mental health and substantial experience in nursing administration, with strong knowledge of relevant laws and policies.
