CCG Systems is in the ICT sector and is well known to specialize in the implementation and support of ERP systems as well as Payroll & HR Systems to which our clients are made of mostly Municipalities throughout South Africa. Our company is looking for a potential candidate to join our Marketing team in the capacity of a Junior Marketing Manager, to be based at our Head Office.
We are looking for a creative and driven Junior Marketing Manager to support the marketing activities across multiple brands within our group.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys both strategic marketing and hands-on execution. The successful candidate will help grow brand awareness, generate leads, manage digital campaigns, and ensure consistent marketing across all platforms.
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of marketing experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Digital Marketing
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns.
- Manage Google Ads and social media advertising.
- Assist with SEO and website optimization.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare monthly reports.
Social Media Management
- Create and schedule engaging content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and X.
- Grow followers and engagement across all brands.
- Respond to comments and messages where required.
- Stay updated with social media trends.
Content Creation
- Design marketing material using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Write blogs, newsletters, website content, and promotional copy.
- Create videos, reels, and short-form content.
- Develop brochures, presentations, flyers, and sales collateral.
Website Management
- Update websites with new content, products, blogs, and landing pages.
- Ensure websites remain current and optimized.
Email Marketing
- Create and distribute newsletters.
- Build automated email campaigns.
- Maintain mailing lists and CRM marketing data.
Events & Brand Promotion
- Assist with webinars, exhibitions, conferences, and product launches.
- Coordinate promotional materials and event branding.
- Support internal company events.
Lead Generation
- Assist in developing lead generation campaigns.
- Track marketing-qualified leads.
- Work closely with the sales team to improve conversion rates.
Marketing Analytics
- Produce monthly marketing reports.
- Track KPIs such as:
- Website traffic
- Social media growth
- Lead generation
- Campaign ROI
- Email performance
