Creative & Digital Marketing Manager
Are you a creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing, branding, and leading high-performing teams? We're looking for a Creative & Digital Marketing Manager to drive our brand, digital presence, and marketing strategy in a fast-paced product distribution environment.
What You'll Do
- Lead and inspire a creative team across design, web, and multimedia.
- Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and sales.
- Oversee digital marketing, eCommerce, SEO, social media, paid campaigns, and website performance.
- Manage product launches, campaigns, events, and marketing activations.
- Ensure consistent branding across all platforms and marketing collateral.
- Analyse campaign performance and market trends to optimise results.
- Drive creative innovation, including AI tools and marketing automation.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years' marketing management experience, ideally in a product, distribution, electrical, or lighting environment.
- Strong digital marketing, eCommerce, SEO, Google Analytics/Ads, Meta Ads, and CRM experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and project management platforms such as Monday.com.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
- A strategic, commercially minded marketer with exceptional creativity, communication, and analytical skills.
