Duties:
- Oversee and manage employee issues in collaboration with the HR department
- Ensure compliance with legislative policies, practices, and processes
- Support the business through structured employee relations policies
- Focus on individual and collective workplace relationships
- Manage employee relations during growth, restructuring, mergers, downsizing, or financial changes
Requirements:
- Matric
- 3-5 years of experience in labour relations
- Strong labour relations experience
- Experience with disciplinary hearings, CCMA, and arbitration
- Strong, clear communication skills
