Ethical South African diamond mining — from Kimberley outward.
Mine recovery, engineering, geology and site delivery across Northern Cape ground.
Administration
Finance, office coordination, marketing and community liaison from Kimberley.
Trade
Buyer and seller support on the Trade Desk — lots, quotes, and provenance.
Legal & compliance
Licensing, contracts and accountable practice for mining and diamond trade.
Lead day-to-day recovery on site with a safety-first culture. You will coordinate crews, keep production disciplined, and work with geology and engineering so each campaign is planned, recorded, and rehabilitated to Triple 7 standard.
Support mapping, sampling and grade control across Northern Cape ground. Field work, clear notes, and close collaboration with operations leadership are the core of this role.
Help Triple 7 grow alongside the communities we work in — local liaison, skills programmes, and practical support for Northern Cape partnerships.
