Responsibilities:
- Provide insight to the operations team and assist where possible;
- Ensure there is sufficient security monitoring to safe guard the bank from any risk associated to call centre management;
- Ensure the branch network upholds the product rules for transactional, investment and loan products;
- Develop a sustainable call centre capability for office and after hours services;
- Responsible for the online banking offering to the bank’s customers and suite;
- Manage the online banking team, in resolving short comings and recommend improvements to the online banking platform.
Requirements:
- Matric;
- Relevant tertiary qualification;
- 5-10 years operational experience in banking environment.
