Our company is looking for a Manager: Front Office Operations to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide insight to the operations team and assist where possible;
  • Ensure there is sufficient security monitoring to safe guard the bank from any risk associated to call centre management;
  • Ensure the branch network upholds the product rules for transactional, investment and loan products;
  • Develop a sustainable call centre capability for office and after hours services;
  • Responsible for the online banking offering to the bank’s customers and suite;
  • Manage the online banking team, in resolving short comings and recommend improvements to the online banking platform.

Requirements:

  • Matric;
  • Relevant tertiary qualification;
  • 5-10 years operational experience in banking environment.
