Analyze sales statistics gathered by staff to determine sales potential and inventory requirements and monitor the preferences of customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Report directly to the Financial Director;
  • Maintain a professional relationship with customers;
  • Assist sales team in resolving queries, challenges, or possible complaints with customers;
  • Ensure adequate planning and time management of sales team;
  • Ensure buyers are notified of sales volumes on a weekly basis;
  • Review and apply the appropriate resources to effectively take care of both new and dormant accounts;

  • Ensure that all customers with potential business opportunities are visited and the company’s product line is promoted on a planned and regular basis.

Requirements:

  • Outbound call experiences (longterm );
  • Commercial legal background;
  • 2-3 years experiences as a sales supervisor.
