Our company is looking for a Senior Sales Manager (Printing, Signage & Graphics) to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze the territory/markets potential, track sales and status reports;
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends;
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services;
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships;
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule;
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers;
- Strong product knowledge in the printing industry for digital vinyl, roll label, signage and heat transfer vinyl;
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments;
- Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers;
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling;
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
Requirements:
- Own car and valid drivers license;
- Ability to travel;
- Strong recruitment and team building capabilities;
- Proven sales record and sales management experience, preferably in a relevant industry;
- Matric is mandatory, plus tertiary qualification preferred;
- Be able to analyse sales trends for forecasting and budgeting purposes;
- Sales reporting experience;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Sales training & team building experience will be a massive plus.
