Secretarial Administrator

Our client, a professional accounting and advisory firm, is seeking a highly organized Secretarial Administrator to support their company secretarial and administrative functions.This role offers exposure to company secretarial compliance, client engagement, document management, and office administration within a professional services environment. Key ResponsibilitiesManage CIPC annual returns, amendments, and company registrations. Process Beneficial Ownership filings and maintain statutory records. Coordinate and prepare final Annual Financial Statement packs. Maintain client databases and compliance schedules. Draft professional correspondence and client communications. Manage reception, office administration, filing, and document control. Liaise with clients, CIPC, attorneys, and regulatory bodies. Minimum RequirementsMatric (essential). Administration or Business qualification advantageous. 23 years' experience in a secretarial or administrative role. Experience with CIPC filings is essential. Knowledge of Beneficial Ownership requirements and the Companies Act. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Xero. Permanent position in DurbanOpportunity to work within a professional accounting practice with exposure to a diverse client base.
