- Matric, or equivalent qualification
- Diploma in Facilities Management, Office Administration or similar is highly advantageous
- 2–3 years' experience in facilities, office or workplace coordination
- Valid driver's licence, own vehicle and own mobile phone
- Strong organisational, problem-solving and communication skills
- Computer literate with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and Teams
- Ability to multitask and work across multiple office locations
- Conduct daily site inspections to ensure cleanliness, hygiene and identify maintenance requirements
- Coordinate cleaning staff, office supplies, beverage stations and stock levels
- Manage maintenance requests, repairs and supplier coordination
- Oversee office security, access control and onboarding/offboarding processes
- Ensure first aid supplies are fully stocked, and emergency procedures are visible
- Collate invoices and expense records and update Excel spreadsheets
- Coordinate meeting rooms, office events and basic IT-related office support
- Act as the main point of contact for office-related queries while maintaining strict confidentiality
