What You Will Do
- Create memorable, personalised experiences for our discerning clientele
- Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with customers during life's most meaningful moments
- Leverage your sales expertise to meet and exceed targets in a rewarding, commission-driven environment
- Share your passion and knowledge of luxury jewellery to guide customers through considered purchases
- Uphold the elegance and prestige of the Jack Friedman brand in everything you do
- Collaborate with a professional, supportive team that values your contribution
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of sales experience, ideally in a luxury or high-end retail environment
- A naturally warm, confident, and professional manner
- Someone who thrives in a performance-driven environment and takes pride in their results
- A genuine passion for people and the ability to connect with a diverse, discerning clientele
- Emotional intelligence, patience, and the ability to truly listen to customers' needs
- Availability to work retail hours including weekends
- Based in Johannesburg with reliable access to transportation.
- Valid work permit and clear criminal record
Advantageous
- Previous jewellery sales experience and product knowledge
- Ability to speak European, Mediterranean or Eastern European languages
