MAN Automotive (South Africa) (Pty) Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of MAN Truck & Bus AG in Germany, is a leading manufacturer of medium, heavy and extra-heavy trucks, as well as commuter buses and luxury coaches. The product has been represented in South Africa since the early 1960âÃÂÃÂs, initially through agents Meyer and Hiller. The South African operation has its headquarters in Isando as well as an assembly plant (Pinetown), a bus and coach manufacturing facility (Olifantsfontein) a central parts depot (Isando), a used commercial vehicle operation in Centurion and a widespread national sales, service and parts dealer network. The MAN Training Academy is also situated in Isando and offers a wide range of technical courses to apprentices and qualified artisans, ensuring that the MAN organization in South Africa is always at the leading edge of technical know-how. A network of 14 full dealerships and 15 service and parts dealerships is strategically situated throughout Southern Africa, in order to provide complete support to MANâÃÂÃÂs widespread customer base.Description Lead and execute complex, high-risk, and sensitive audit engagements from planning through reporting. Engage with management to assess risks, evaluate controls, and identify process improvement. Present audit findings to senior management and secure commitment to corrective actions. Prepare high-quality audit reports and obtain final approval from the Head of Corporate Audit Monitor and escalate overdue audit actions to ensure timely and sustainable implementation. Lead, coach, and develop audit teams, including international TRATON Group members. Promoting audit best practices Support risk assessments and develop the annual audit plan to ensure effective audit coverage. Requirements Qualifications: Grade: 12 Matric Certificate. Degree in business sciences or engineering or other qualification on the same level Possession of CIA, CISA certificates would be highly advantageous. Skills: Time Management Skills. Flexible, active and forward thinking. Analytical and strategic skills to identify problems thereafter solve them. Must be willing to travel, cross border and locally. Assertive and possess decision making skills. Good communication (oral and written) & interpersonal relations skills. Experience: Must have at least 4 - 5 years' work experience in Internal Audit.
