Role Overview
In this position, you will:
- Analyze customer data : Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify customer trends and preferences.
- Develop insights : Transform data into actionable insights that guide marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing teams : Work closely with marketing and product teams to align strategies with customer needs.
- Monitor market trends : Stay updated on industry trends to inform customer insights and strategies.
- Present findings : Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates should have:
- Bachelor’s degree : In marketing, statistics, or a related field.
- Experience in customer insights : Minimum of 4 years in a data analysis or insights role.
- Strong analytical skills : Proficient in data analysis and interpretation.
- Excellent communication skills : Ability to present complex data in an understandable format.
- Familiarity with analytics tools : Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar.
