What you'll do...
· Drive regional sales performance and key retail KPIs
· Partner with Head Office teams to turn retail strategy into store-level results
· Ensure consistent execution of visual merchandising and campaigns
· Champion exceptional customer experiences and brand standards
· Maintain strong operational, stock and loss-prevention controls
· Analyse store performance and turn insights into action
· Manage costs, staffing and operational performance
· Lead, coach and hold Store Managers accountable
Qualifications & Experience
· Minimum 5 years' retail management experience
· Diploma or Degree in Retail or Business Management
· Multi-store/area Management experience
· Valid driver's licence and reliable transport
· Willingness to travel extensively between stores
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail/ERP/POS systems
