Your responsibilities HR Business Partnering Recruitment support Coordinate onboarding and induction Employee relations CCMA and Labour Relations Management Performance Management Learning and Development Employment Equity and Compliance HR Administration and Reporting Payroll and Benefits support Employee Engagement and Wellness The experience we're looking for 3-5 years' experience in a Human Resources Generalist role. Experience within the FMCG, Manufacturing, Warehousing, Distribution, or Retail environment. Proven experience handling disciplinary matters and labour relations processes.
