This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on culinary professional who enjoys working in a peaceful, nature-filled environment and takes pride in creating exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate is organised, adaptable, and confident managing a kitchen independently while maintaining the highest hospitality standards. **Requirements:** Minimum 3 years' experience as a Chef in a lodge, hotel or guesthouse environment Strong culinary skills with exceptional food presentation Experience with stock control, ordering and kitchen administration Sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP) Strong organisational and time-management skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment Valid driver's licence and own transport A proactive, hands-on attitude with a passion for hospitality ? **Live-in Position** (Accommodation and meals provided) ? **Work Cycle:** 3 weeks on / 1 week off ? **Salary:** R18,000 R25,000 per month (DOE) ? **Location:** Cederberg, Western Cape (approximately 3 hours from Cape Town) **Please note:** If you have not heard back from us within **7 business days**, please consider your application unsuccessful.
