QUALITY CONTROL INSPECTOR (QC) Requirements
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Quality Control role within a manufacturing, engineering, or related environment.
Proficient in the use of measuring equipment and precision measuring instruments.
Ability to accurately perform dimensional inspections and measurements.
Experience in completing and maintaining Quality Control Plans (QCP) forms and related quality documentation.
Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office and quality reporting systems.
Strong ability to identify and recognize defects, non-conformances, and quality issues.
Conduct visual inspections to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications will be advantageous.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as within a team.
Key Responsibilities
Perform quality inspections on manufactured products and components.
Conduct dimensional checks using measuring equipment.
Complete and maintain QCP forms and quality records accurately.
Identify defects and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Perform visual inspections throughout the manufacturing process.
Ensure compliance with company quality standards and customer specifications.
Report quality issues and assist with continuous improvement initiatives.
