Quality Controller (Proof of Delivery)

Key Responsibilities
- Receive and verify Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation.
- Ensure PODs are complete, signed, accurate, and compliant.
- Investigate and resolve POD discrepancies.
- Follow up on missing PODs with drivers and transport providers.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
- Compile POD compliance and exception reports.
- Support customer queries relating to deliveries.
- Ensure adherence to SLA requirements and turnaround times.
- Assist with audits and compliance requirements.
- Liaise with transporters, drivers, warehouse teams, and customers.
