Business operation Administrator

As AM Administrator you will be an integral member of the AM Administration team. You will provide critical administrative support to cross functional teams within NOV as and when required along with everyday tasks. Your proficiency in Microsoft Office software is critical for this role as will your ability to provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers of NOV.
Create, Maintain and Process customer orders in the ERP system, including cost verification, tracking and completion of invoicing & close out.
Preparation of Purchase Requisitions in the ERP system
Provide administrative support including communication handling, documentation, and personnel coordination
Make travel arrangements – flights, accommodation and transport
Check and Maintain various records & documents
Timekeeping maintenance – capture, check, verify & correct
Personnel Data Maintenance in the Document Management System (monitor validity of mandatory certification)
Auditing of Travel Expenses – review, correct and prepare for customer billing
Provide internal training support
Provide relevant new hire information & training from AM Administration
Back-up support with holiday cover and carry out any other duties as may be reasonably expected
• Proficient in MS Office (essential)
• Excellent Written and verbal communication skills (essential)
• Experience working within an Administrative team (essential)
• ERP system experience – processing of orders, invoicing, crediting and purchase requisitions (desirable)
• Experience in Personnel Logistics /Coordination and/or international travel arrangements (desirable)
• Grade 12 Senior Certificate (essential)
• Tertiary qualification in Administration, Business, Communication (desirable)
