- Preparation and analysis of monthly management accounts
- Financial reporting, including variance analysis (budget vs actuals)
- Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
- Partnering with operational teams to monitor and manage costs and efficiencies
- Identifying and driving process improvements within the business
- Contributing to cost control and profitability analysis
- Ensuring adherence to financial controls and compliance requirements
- Supporting audits and maintaining accurate financial records
- Assisting in tracking and reporting on business performance metrics and KPIs
- BCom Degree (Diploma candidates with strong, relevant experience will be considered)
- Proven experience in operational finance and financial reporting
- Strong, hands-on and business-oriented mindset
- Ability to engage effectively with cross-functional teams
- Bilingual communication skills (advantageous)
