Finance & Insurance (F&I) Business Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete F&I process from deal handover through to finalisation.
- Present and sell vehicle finance, insurance and value-added products.
- Submit and follow up on finance applications with financial institutions.
- Maximise finance penetration, product penetration and F&I gross profit.
- Ensure all F&I documentation is accurate, complete and compliant.
- Maintain compliance with NCA, FAIS, FICA and applicable regulations.
- Explain finance agreements, interest rates, instalments, fees and additional products to customers.
- Work closely with Sales Executives and Sales Management to structure deals effectively.
- Maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions.
- Monitor monthly F&I targets, performance and profitability.
- Ensure a professional, transparent and customer-focused F&I experience.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric Certificate.
- Minimum 2 years’ F&I experience , preferably within a motor dealership.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle finance processes.
- Understanding of NCA and FAIS requirements.
- Valid driver's licence.
- Strong computer literacy.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and sales skills.
- Strong attention to detail and administration skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly targets.
- Professional presentation and customer service skills.
- RE5 Certification .
- FAIS Fit & Proper compliance.
- Relevant FAIS credits.
- Experience working with multiple financial institutions.
- Experience with dealership F&I systems.
