Our client, a well-established organization within the pharmaceutical industry, is seeking a dedicated Telesales Contact Centre 2IC to drive performance and foster a culture of excellence in their KwaZulu-Natal operations.
Where You'll Make an Impact:
Motivate and inspire a telesales team to exceed targets
Manage inbound and outbound call activities, ensuring optimal call volumes
Lead outbound attack strategies to boost sales performance
Evaluate staff effectiveness and implement development plans
Develop call centre goals and actionable plans aligned with company objectives
Prepare work schedules and analyse customer and sales data
Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for sales and customer engagement
Manage conflict resolution and ensure a positive team environment
Communicate effectively with customers, converting interactions into sales opportunities
Provide analysis and reports on sales and customer performance to upper management
