Water/Sewer Superintendent – City of Lavonia
The City of Lavonia is seeking a Water/Sewer Superintendent to lead operations for our water and wastewater treatment facilities. This role oversees plant performance, ensures compliance with state and federal regulations, and manages a team of operators and supervisors. Responsibilities include monitoring equipment, performing laboratory tests, adjusting chemical feeds, maintaining records, coordinating with contractors, and handling customer concerns. Strong knowledge of water/wastewater systems, supervisory experience, and the ability to obtain a Class I Water and Class II Wastewater license are required. A valid
Georgia driver’s license is also needed.
