Are you a friendly, professional, and customer-focused individual? Our hotel in Pretoria is looking for a Front Office Associate to deliver exceptional service and ensure a seamless guest experience. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner. Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently. Manage reservations and provide accurate room availability information. Answer phone calls, respond to guest inquiries, and assist with requests. Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presents a positive image. Collaborate with other hotel departments to meet guest needs effectively. Handle guest requests and complaints with a proactive and solution-oriented approach. Maintain a thorough understanding of hotel services, facilities, and local attractions. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in using hotel management software . Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays . Be part of a team that values excellence in guest service!
