- Competency based recruitment - there'll be training and some initial hand-holding
- Screen and interview applicants
- Matric with a relevant tertiary qualification in Psychology or Industrial Psychology
- Must have initiative, problem solving skills and good people skills
- Must be able to work collaboratively in a team
- Excellent computer literacy (MS Office – Outlook, Word & Excel)
- We’re hiring for the right attitude and we’re prepared to train the skills required
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Successful Candidate will only start 02 January 2025
