Resolve complaints ,technical issues , and product / service questions on the first contact where possible. Provide clear , accurate information on products , pricing , policies, and promotions. Escalate complex cases to the right team and follow through to completion. Requirements:
- Matric or Equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong problem -solving skills and calm attitude
- Target -driven , organised and a real team player
