Duties and Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Exceed customer expectations by applying effective customer selling techniques.
- Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets.
- Stock Loss Controls: Adhere to store stock loss controls to minimize losses.
- Sales Maximization: Identify opportunities to increase sales and drive store performance.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and housekeeping to optimize sales.
- Work Environment: Create a positive, inspiring work environment and enjoy your work.

Minimum Requirements:
- Experience: Desirable to have 6 months of retail experience.
- Education: Desirable to have Matric or equivalent qualification.
- Background: Clear criminal record.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English with effective communication skills.
- Customer Focus: A customer service focus with a friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging personality.
